Order Processing Time: 2–5 business days (excluding Sundays & public holidays)

Delivery Time:

Β Metro Cities: 7-10Β  business days

Β Non-Metro & Remote Areas: 7–15 business days

We currently ship across India.
International shipping is not available at the moment, but we’re working on it for the future.

All our products are packed with utmost care under strict supervision to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, once dispatched, My Riwayat is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft during transit.

Our responsibility ends once the parcel is handed over to the courier partner.

Prepaid Orders: Shipping is free for all prepaid orders above β‚Ή999.

Orders Below β‚Ή999: A flat shipping fee of β‚Ή69 may apply.

COD Orders: Additional COD charges may be applicable at checkout.

⚠️ Additional Charges

In rare cases, Octroi, entry taxes, or other local/state levies may apply at the time of delivery. These charges are to be borne by the customer and are not included in the order total.
