The final price for each item is clearly displayed on the product page and includes all applicable taxes, so there are no hidden costs.

Taxes

All product prices on our website are inclusive of GST. You don’t need to pay any additional tax during checkout — what you see is what you pay.

Shipping & Delivery Charges

Our shipping charges are dynamic and depend on two main factors:

Weight of the order – Heavier parcels may incur higher delivery costs.

Delivery location – Charges can vary based on whether the delivery is to a metro city, remote location, or outstation area.

While we do offer free shipping on selected prepaid orders or during special promotions, it is not guaranteed for every order. Eligibility for free shipping is automatically applied at checkout based on ongoing offers and your cart value. For orders that do not meet the free shipping criteria, standard delivery charges will be shown at checkout before payment.

International Orders

For international customers, shipping charges are calculated based on parcel weight and destination country. Any additional customs duties or import taxes applicable in the recipient country must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.
